Shipping Methods

We deliver products through :

Courier Services (for small parcels)

Transport Agencies (for heavy or bulk items)

Heavy Products Shipping (Printers & Heat Press)

All heavy products such as commercial DTF printers, heat press machines. ovens, and large equipment will be shipped ONLY via transport.

This method helps reduce overall shipping cost for the customer.

The customer will pay the shipping charges directly to the transport agency at the time of receiving the goods.

Prepaid Shipping (Courier Orders)

Any product sent via courier will require prepaid shipping charges.

Charges will be shown at checkout or informed before dispatch.

Orders are dispatched only after full payment is received.

Transport Shipping (Customer-Pay at Delivery)

For transport shipments, the customer must pay the transport charges at delivery.

We will provide the LR number / transport slip once the product is dispatched.

Dispatch Time

Standard dispatch time is 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

Heavy equipment may take additional time for safe packaging.

Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on :

Customer’s location

Courier/transport availability

Unforeseen delays (weather, holidays, strikes)

Order Tracking :

Courier shipments include a tracking number.

Transport shipments include LR number or booking details.

Damaged or Missing Shipments :

Please inspect the package while receiving it.

If damaged, send photos/videos to us within 24 hours for assistance.
