SHIPPING POLICY

• All orders are prepaid and are shipped only after full payment is received.

Transport Shipping

The following products are generally shipped through transport service:

• Heat Press Machines

• Commercial/Dedicated DTF Printers

• Plotters

• Other heavy/bulky equipment

For transport shipments:

• The customer may be required to collect the parcel from the nearest transport office.

• Applicable transport/shipping charges are generally paid by the customer directly at the time of collection, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• The customer is responsible for arranging collection from the transport office.

Courier Shipping

The following products are generally shipped through courier:

• Converted DTF Printers

• DTF Inks

• DTF Powder

• DTF PET Film

• Other eligible raw materials

Courier shipments are prepaid by the customer at the time of order and are delivered to the customer’s doorstep where courier delivery is available.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the location, courier/transport service and other circumstances beyond Boom Enterprise’s control.
